no longer feel any pain in your throat.
Repeat the suob procedure
for 3 to 4 days as long as you feel the symptoms of Covid; do it twice a day,
once in the morning after taking a bath, then in the evening before sleeping. For
prevention, if you come from a grocery store or have been out and met people, do
